All orders of $50 or more are sent with free standard shipping within the United States. International shipping options vary and can be selected at checkout*. Orders with free standard shipping will be processed according to preferred carrier rates available (USPS, UPS). Shipping options may or may not include tracking numbers and expedited shipping depending on available rates at the time of processing.

OffGrid does not ship on weekends and holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing and fulfillment of your order - orders placed on Friday after 9:00 am PT will ship on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. For special handling or other custom delivery needs, please contact us at support@offgrid.co. Varying fulfillment schedules will be active for holidays and promotions. 

In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute to the best of our abilities, but we will not be held liable or responsible for carrier delays or errors.

In addition to processing and fulfillment (1-2 business days), please be aware of the timelines for the various shipping options you may select:

Domestic orders:

  • Free Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • UPS Ground: 1-5 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day**
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days**
  • UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days**
  • USPS First-Class Package: 3-5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days**
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 business day**

**All rush orders must be placed by 9:00 am Pacific Time for same business day shipping. If an order is placed after this time on a Friday, it will not ship until Monday. This service does not include Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping or delivery. Not available to P.O Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO. *Final expedited shipping options for international orders will be dependent on the time of processing and order placement, as well as the delivery location. Customer is responsible for paying customs duties/taxes on international orders. Please contact support@offgrid.co with questions.
