OffGrid stands behind the quality of all its products. If you're not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 90 days for a refund as long as the item is in its original condition. If you are past the 90-day window or have a defective item, please send an email to support@offgrid.co and we'll work to resolve the issue.

All OffGrid products come with a 1-year limited warranty. OffGrid allows one warranty claim per purchased product if said product is within the designated 1-year warranty window and is valid for a return. This warranty covers any manufacturing or workmanship defects but does not cover damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, misuse/abuse, or modification of the product. No restocking fee will be charged out of courtesy to customers. OffGrid cannot guarantee that the exact style or product will be in stock at the time of the warranty claim. In the event that your specific item is irreplaceable and your return is eligible, you will receive store credit equal to the value of your original purchase. 

All warranty claims for items that were not purchased directly from www.offgrid.co must include proof of purchase. Any item purchased from an un-authorized reseller will not be valid for returns or warranty claims. OffGrid is not liable for any damages that may result from the use of any Offgrid products. 

*Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where OffGrid has made a shipping error. All VAT/Import taxes are the responsibility of the receiver and are non-refundable. Contact: support@offgrid.co for further assistance.
